Top quality probiotic. This also has prebiotics and post biotics. Ohhira’s probiotics provide quick relief from the ravages of ibs or ulcerative colitis. Have done wonders for my gut health, post-antibiotics.
Cons
When it is degraded by acid it becomes a carcinogen. These are not for the gut health. Didnt work for me.
