Pros
It uses vibration and a multicolored led to alert to the target instead of audible beeps. The vibration is strong to the point of being audible. Best features are the led lighting alert and vibration when detection is made.
Great product for half the price of competitors. It is accurate. Perfect combo. I really love this pinpointed!
It is waterproof so you can use it underwater. It really allows me to find the metal item faster in each hole and cover more ground when relic hunting. No false reading signals 3 obove target.
Uses 1 9 volt. It is supposed to be used in conjunction with a regular, full-size metal detector. Works just as the instruction manual says it will.
The holster also seems to be of quality construction. Its very robust looking and feels beefy in the hand. This is far better than my gp pointer and it is durable as well.
Cons
Nice design, easy grip but can not think of any practical use of this detector. The other reviews have to be fake as i don't understand how having a tool that can’t detect metal within 1” would be helpful. Be forewarned,no support or warranty help.

I have used this unit for a few days now and it starts vibrating and flashing red for no reason that i can understand.
It operates fine for a few minutes and starts pulsing/flashing again.

Well worth the price for just this use; glad to have it in my toolbox for the future.
Price, fantastic worth double the money i spent.
Get the 2 year protection tho it’s only 7$ and it’s worth it cause anything can happen.
This, in my opinion is the very best under $400.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging was sturdy and the included instructions were easily to interpret.
