Pros

Green insole with hard black plastic arch and yellow heel & ball of foot pad. Nothing else seems to keep me out of heel pain. I work on a dock with cement floors and my feet get so bad that i can barely walk if i sit down for a break.

These are a life saver. I find they help me more than very pricy versions. I have pf, which is healing.

The "tri-cushion insert" is thick while being very soft, which helps with comfort. They have good cushion and arch support. Even custom fit orthotics.

Cons

Cheap, worthless junk. Will not do this one again. It's a crime that majority of products on amazon are all from china.
