These are a life saver. I find they help me more than very pricy versions. When added to a shoe with additional arch support, they are so good.

Cons

Insoles are very narrow, so they float around inside my shoe. They are super short, so the arch lands under my heel. No discernible arch support whatsoever for this 150lb man.
