The only drawback was that the cardboard template that you have to cut out to shape the insole was inaccurate

I am a size 6 and once cut the insole was marginally too short for my shoe for the next pair i took an insole out of a shoe and used that as a template

Insoles were not easy to shape as markings were not in good line up
