Pros

Easy to cut and shape to shoe. Works well as a basic insole when you don't need extra gel or arch support. Great investment in foot comfort from dr.

The little bumps are like walking on little marshmallows, very springy and comfortable. The texture on the bottom adds an extra nice bounce and padding to my walk.

Cons

Insole cups around the heels and is very uncomfortable. Almost no cushion on them. Scholl's using the same pair of shoes and this float on air insoles are highly overrated.

Received july 13, 2023, lasted 1 month. The right side is still okay--except for the white lettering. Don't even bother of purchasing these inserts.

I have really high arches, i’m not looking for arch support and these don’t touch my arches.

Price

I say this is worth for the money, but if you want to feel that soft compression that you expect from a memory foam, shop elsewhere.

The cost is a little high though, so i may shop around for a cheaper alternative.
