As a nurse who used to work as a restaurant server, i consider myself something of an expert on gel insoles. As i have gotten older my feet seem to need more cushioning. They really do work to massage your feet while you are walking.

These are a life saver. My feet also get very hot so i never wear socks. I am thankful for a coworker telling me to buy them!
