Pros
The gel on the bottom is not only comfortable to walk on it is also great for keeping the insole in place. Vous serez satisfait de votre achat comme moi.
The gel advanced work insoles are wider and work great! The thinness is also great because thicker insoles sometimes causes my feet to no longer fit in my shoes.
My main concern is comfort and easing any pain in my legs, and this helped considerably with that.
Cons
Not impressed. No support. Marketing gimmick. Too thin for insoles claiming to be anti fatigue.

They help so much,hubby uses them in workboots and works 12 hr shifts.

Recommend the hard ones for people with flat feet immediate impact if your on your feet for more than 10+ hours a day
