Second if youve been sold on high end insoles but never tried or havent tried in several years the off the shelf insoles do yourself a favor and find out whether you need to be spending that money

I got them because i walk a lot at work i really dont get lower back pain but my feet get tired of walking and standing almost all day so i used it today for about 7 to 8 hours and wow i am really impress i did not think they were good because they feel very soft but wow right now after a long day at work my feet feels awesome and not tired as other days i can not comment on the lower back pain but i can say this i got 2 pairs and for the money it is totally worth because i saw them at the store and they were the same i paid here but only one pair

Fits very well easy to adjust to your shoe size but after a while the material covering the rubber under the toes deviants thiner and runs off
