Pros

These soles are very comfortable. They make my shoes super comfy, but they tend to fold up at by toes. I have a pair of boots that are a half size too large and i placed these on those boots to make them more snug and fit more comfortably.

This has great cushion for the heel which was what i needed. Eases painful walking when running errands all day.

These are incredible insoles, with amazing shock absorption, cushioning and arch support. I have spondyolisthesis and found that these insoles really help me to be able stendhal and walk a bit more than usual. The only problem is that they are too thi... Read More

The heels really need more cushioning. They're just meh, not great, not awful. But since you will only receive one pair of insoles, it is ridiculously over priced.
