Pros

Tried compression socks, salves etc. Even professionally suggested orthotics.

Bought a set for him, my daughter and myself. A little small for a 10. But will happily replace them when necessary.

After three years, use a couple times a day they still have great support and cushion. What comfort from sciatica and associated hip pain. They help a lot with my knee, shin, and heel pain after 14 hr days.

Cons

The insoles slide around in the shoe and causes more pain because they rub the bottom of your feet. They add over 1/2” at the heel, which makes my shoes way too tight. Save your money and get a full orthotic insole instead.

I bought these to give extra cushion for my knees and sciatic in case the in and out of the vans caused discomfort.

I have knee issues and can only receive steroid shots after a certain amount of time has passed.
