Pros & Cons
Cons
Tried repositioning several times to no avail. The adhesive is pretty much garbage, but i tried them with double sided tape in running shoes. Which is almost never.
It moves too much in shoe while i'm playing racquetball and then that becomes a problem. Not for runners. Might work better with a shoe with a smooth liner.
The concept of this product is wonderful and, for a nanosecond, it functions. The adhesive on it is just not strong. Could not use to alleviate pain in ball of foot.

Interestingly you dont place these pads under the ball of your foot which is what i thought but you place them just behind the ball of your foot close to the start of the arch of your foot

My foot doctor told me that a lot of advertisements show the wrong position in wearing the met pad and advised me of the correct position which is directly below the ball of the foot not on the ball of the foot
