Pros
Insoles help to keep plantar fasciitis from flaring up. They support my arch without lifting my heel.
These insoles are great for anyone who runs and suffers from shin splints or pain. It did take a week or 2 for my legs to adjust, but once they did the insoles were perfect. Ok, all runners, these are it!
