Insoles are great for anyone who runs and suffers from shin splints or pain. These are a lifesaver! Once these are inserted, voila! They feel like magic!

For $39 you can get an orthotic insert to help with plantar fasciitis. When paired with a good pair of shoes they have helped with the pain significantly. They're not the cheapest orthotic inserts on the market, but they're reasonably priced.
