Pros

Insoles are the next best thing to custom shoe inserts. They support the arch without lifting the heel and support the pinky toe. They are great for running and hiking.

These are simply great. A couple runs in, and they are a dream. Thank goodness for earbuds. It feels like magic!

Cons

However, this in not to knock on the insole itself. Because the ball and heel are “cushy”, they also take up space. When walking it is louder than your steps, embarrassingly loud. Also note that they are not sized correctly.
