Pros
Doctor recommended insoles for man with plantar fasciitis. Great product provides great balance in walking and considerably reduces stress on knees. I remove the insoles that came with the shoes and put in my dr.
Cons
Product should be manufactured to fit feet in size increments of 2 not 4. Same product can work from sz 8 all the way to sz 12. Since it's a short insole, it slides around underfoot.
