I prefer a negative heel such as kelso earth shoes but they stopped making them and those shoes dont have the heel cushion i prefer to protect impact heel pain

The kelso earth negative heel is thier patent so i dont know of any other shoe makers that offer a negative heel

These shoes have a slightly higher heel than the toe pad and have a lot of impact cushion for the heel
