They add a little snugness to the fit, without making the shoe too tight. They add some cushion and absorb any dampness. Great for cushioning and plantar faschitis. These are breathable and stop hurting feet from sweating.
Cons
The regular air pillow is absolutely worthless. The picture shows double but it's 2 singles that are so stuck together it seems like there's only one insole in a package. This pillow is a joke.
