Pros

These are perfect for shoes with non-removable insoles. They make the shoes more comfy. I use the dr scholls orthotics and these are my go-to insoles for all-around comfort.

These are flat and fluffy inserts which can be cut to size. Fits perfect, easy to cut. Buy these every year to cut and fit in shoes and slippers.

Cons

Stiff, uncomfortable, no cushioning. You think out of courtesy they would just allow me to keep the one pair and actually ship the 6pack i paid for. Their size 13 is not size 13. These most definitely not dr school's air pillow inserts.
