Can’t say enough when i don’t have it i am so slowed down otherwise i have energy i take it three times a day one of those times usually lunch i take it with intestinal formulae thanks dr shultz i loved the old packaging it was much more appetizing very disappointed with the change i used to feel so luxurious before with tge gold trim and it would entice me to eat it with tge pictures of herbs
