Second coq10 ubiquinol or higher dosage ubiquinone did not make me feel more energy but had a dramatic impact on my ability to get movement with less heart stress and less gasping for air and if i took it in late afternoon i would not sleep until many hours later not in a bad way i didnt feel wired i merely didnt feel tired as if my body organs had more energy to last longer perhaps
