Pros

Combination of herbs make it a balanced tonic just about anyone can take. Love the herb mix. Even noticed it enhances the * side of things.

Tao has a good calming effect. Great for empath and the highly sensitive person, or those physiologically burdened by stress in their body or mind. Helps me relax instead of stressing.
