Grilled steak laab happens to be my favorite thai dish. Laab is a great spicy, tart, protein for those who are on a low carb diet. It tastes very authentic and simplifies thai cooking.

Fish sauce can be very strong and funky so start out with a 1/4 teaspoon and work your way up to your preferred taste.
