Pros
This is the best item i have ever came across for a clogged toilet. Cleared the clog easily. Works great and i couldn't be happier and feeling more secure the next time the clogging issue arises.
Bought this for its extended reach and compactness. The auger seems to be pretty sturdy.
Cons
If you're inexperienced and going to try it i suggest the cheaper one since that at least went down easy and never got caught on the toilet. Don't buy, better call a plumber. This isn't even a comparison to the less expensive ridged ones you can get a... Read More

I had a clog that was somehow much deeper than a plunger or enzyme declogger could resolve so after three different methods i bit the bullet and this thing cleared it out after about 1520 minutes

There’s also supposed to be an extra 3 feet and i couldn’t figure out how to release it after pressing the button but i ended up not even needing the extra length

Also you’ll probably end up with some silver scuffs in the bottom of your toilet if you don’t pull far enough to the rubber bit on the end

I really appreciate it coming with gloves though because who wants to touch that grossness but your hands won’t be near the cord at all until you’re putting it up
