Best to have 2 people turn on and off the water so pressure doesn’t build up too much

Master shower was draining really slow one day so i ran to hd and picked up one of those drain snakes that attaches to a drill after running the auger it still was draining slower than normal

Not sure if it was the combo of snaking the drain first to break down the clog or if i should have just started with this thing either way it drains like the day it was new

I spent hours trying to snake it used drain clearing chemicals etc
