This review is because of the seller has a external website and not a amazon contact link. Do yourself a favor and get a higher rated product. Will never purchase from this company again. Sending it back for a refund.
Tried to snake kitchen sink. My drains are still clogged. Even worse, the snake is not affixed to the drum - if you feed too much of the snake out, you risk it disappearing into the drain. Ended up having to call a professional plumber.
This one is junk. Not really sure why. Pretty disappointing. Big time bummer.
The * grip looks like it was installed backwards. The mangled snake is shown in the photo. Couldn’t make all the turns without doubling on itself.
Cheap made *. Very cheaply made. None solid core. Gloves are none protective. Cheap plastic. Cheap wire.

Auger was very easy to use, helped solve the clogged drain.
Pull out and if you feel resistance, lock the snake and rotate counter clockwise… it will spin out.
The metal feed tube rotated around in the plastic drum.

For the price, it's really worth it!

This product works well but if you use a power drill make sure to keep the speed very low
