Pros

My kitchen sink drain needs to be snaked every 2 years or so. I feel it is a bit pricey but definitely cheaper than hiring a plumber. Using it underneath a kitchen sink can be tricky to exhausting but you can't argue with results.

Being able to rotate the drum helps you get around bend and makes it so it will not bind. This is important when you consider you might be locking and unlocking 50 to 100 times.

Cons

The line is too flexible for a large block. The drill attachment is made of plastic. Because the auger coils within the pipe, 25 falls short of 25 linear feet of pipe.

Packaging/appearance

I accessed the line via an outdoor clean out port, so i was able to shoot water down the pipe as i worked in the augur.

Went a full 50' into the drain.

It took my older son about 15 or 20 min to clear the drain!

Happily, i had the drain unclogged 30 minutes after i got it out of the box.

Competitiveness

I used a 25ft snake and didn't work.

Kitchen sink backing up, i used our 25ft snake to declog, and it worked for 2 weeks at a time.

The plumber had a handheld powered 25-ft device as well as an industrial 50-ft auger.

I recall someone posting something about their being shorter than advertised.
