Pros
Used it to clean out ac drain pipe. Spinning is good to get through clogs. This tool is a blessing!
Nicely packaged with soft case and rubber gloves.
In between angering plunging is highly recommended. Use the gloves to get a good grip.
Cons
The handle on the barrel is very flimsy plastic and pretty small. It's very difficult to maneuver. The process of moving the coil forward is very time consuming and slow.
Not sure how this passed their qc process. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The product description is misleading and incorrect.

Price
This takes some upper body strength to get all 50 ft in the pipes but it worked like a charm and the price is right.

It was so easy, following the instructions that were taped on the hair-getter-outter!

The only thing was that it wasn’t long enough and it was very difficult to know how to bring the wire back inside the tool and it was very heavy

But the clog finally came out it was a lot and it was very deep inside but i had to pull the wire manually all the way out and it splashed all over me in my tub and i was not able to bring it back into the orange circle like it got all messed up so i had to throw it away

For pipes with many angle changes it might be tough to navigate the snake deep enough to unclog certain clogs
