The return was simple online and they called to schedule a pick up time for the returned mattress.
Packaging/appearance
Mattress began to "rise" as soon as the packaging was punctured.
It came vacuum sealed in a box.
It came in a box and very easily transformed into a mattress .
I inspected the box and the mattress didn’t seem to be damaged so i accepted it.

Dreamcloud has a great 350 day return policy but ask that you sleep on the mattress at least 30 days

We bought ours on the firmer side because you can always soften a mattress with a topper but if you buy too soft of a mattress then you’re kinda stuck with it
