This mattress is the softest i've ever had! I was hesitant at first wondering just how soft it would be. It's soft yet firm. Just the right level of firmness.

The mattress is too soft.
The warranty on all these memory foam mattresses are misleading. First off, they say this mattress has coil springs. The customer service is also horrible! The dream cloud is a well-presented mattress, but of average quality.
The mattress is okay but not for the long wait. Very unsatisfied for over $1000. Not worth the price. Very cheap. The quality is extremely poor.

I must say, a more plush top would have been even better and additional environmental certifications can do a world of good.
For my rental, i am trying the same concept but a cheaper price a hybrid matress from walmart allswell lux.
