Pros

The dream cloud mattress is awesome and i highly recommend it. As an avid athlete, i run hot and my back is very picky. Support staff was attentive and helpful if an issue arose (luckily, we haven't had any problems so far!

The pillow-top adds a layer of just enough softness without feeling like you'll sink into the bed. I am a stomach sleeper and this is firm enough for me. How can a mattress with foam and coils be any better?

Kept on waking up and tossing and turning. Massage the corners and give it a few days. I wake up so comfy that i find it quite hard to get out of bed now.

The mattress is so cushy that i don't wake up when my wife (or dog) get in/out of bed! This is the most comfortable mattress i have ever slept on. Good support for side sleepers.

Cons

They want a picture to see if product is defective. Vendor the contract with for sheets and the mattress pad is pretty bad and their fulfillment center to get the correct product out in a timely manner is sub par.

Non tufted loose floaty top, collapsing sides and protruding coils. Started sagging in the middle.

Do not buy this mattress. Do not buy before checking out reviews on the new model. We are sad that this is not what were anticipating. I highly encourage anyone to go on youtube and look at videos of the new version before they buy it, caveat emptor.

The mattress is so hard that i now have pressure ulcers on both hips, that i have had to seek medical attention for. It hurts my disabled body and i nearly fell off the side because there’s no support. Our pressure points (shoulders and hips) are very... Read More

The quality is not better and it's quite obvious that they cheaped out by removing the cashmere top, tufts, sidewall support and the overall comfort of the mattress. The platforms are not stable and are made of cheap materials and will break.
