They were perfectly packaged (minor detail with delivery) but won't affect my opinion about it.
Competitiveness
The only issue for me is that the smaller sizes have tie laces instead of bungee or even velcro.
I usually by name brand shoes, but for the little ones it isn't usually worth it to do so since they grow out of their shoes so much.

The soles are still pretty flexible despite how thick they are so if your kid is used to wearing crocks all the time they are an easy transition
