No zippers, my foot slid in very easily and did not feel tight or squished.
The shoes do not give and bend with the natural movement of the foot when walking!

Perhaps from time to time small changes are made such as adding a little bit more platform under the front of the foot but it is a timeless and always chic kind of a shoe to wear for almost any occasion
