Pros

I find this mattress to be cushiony, yet also supportive. If you are a back or side sleeper that needs some cushion but prefers a mattress on the more firm / supportive side, this is an easy one. It has made a real difference for my shoulder pain.

This mattress is premium memory foam mattress with breathable comfortable top. It's very comfortable and very tall at 14 inches (which i prefer) might get an virtual reality headset next.

Ordering a mattress in a box from amazon is a bit daunting. The mattress is bagged and rolled tight in a big thick plastic sheet. There are several layers that are keeping it vacuum sealed.

You need to let this air out and puff up for an afternoon before using it. It expands quickly!

Cons

The side panels all the way around the mattress are saggy. The only person who sleeps in the middle is our 4 yr old.

First, the delivery of the mattress was exceptional.

Mattress began to "rise" as soon as the packaging was punctured.

It came vacuum sealed in a box.

It came in a box and very easily transformed into a mattress .

I inspected the box and the mattress didn’t seem to be damaged so i accepted it.
