This mattress is exceptional. It's certipur-us certified, ensuring quality. I have a son stationed overseas and his texts come in during the night.

If you buy it in amazon, they're is nothing they can/will do. Buyer beware. Very cheap. They advertise 365 night trial. This mattress is over a $1000.

Brick-n-mortar mattress shoppe has terrible customer service. Mattress is vacuum-sealed so you can't return it.

Only few weeks later. I realized what they don't tell you. And they pick the company. Really annoying. Never again.
