Mattress began to "rise" as soon as the packaging was punctured.
It came vacuum sealed in a box.
It came in a box and very easily transformed into a mattress .
I inspected the box and the mattress didn’t seem to be damaged so i accepted it.

The return was simple online and they called to schedule a pick up time for the returned mattress
