4 ½ months and the first roller still looks like it is brand new.
5 months of 3 x's weekly usage the motor went out and it does not suck up the water.
Price
This unit is a bit pricey but it is worth every penny.
Cons:price: at around $700, the dreame h13 pro is on the higher end of the cordless vacuum spectrum.
I think at the asking price (there goes my opinion) carpet cleaning should also be a feature of this vac.
Price point is a bit high , 250-300 tops is more appropriate .

From the box it comes in, to the presentation and packing, and of course, the vac itself, is gorgeous and screams quality and performance.
The current packaging is really hard to open.
Unboxing and setting up was very easy, did most of it without looking at the instructions.
Competitiveness
I’ve had other products similar to this one but this one is far superior to its competitors.
It's relatively lightweight (and comparable to another brand-name floor cleaner i've used).
All the components are there – and the engineering of it wouldn't be that much of a stretch; one of their competitors offers the upgrade.
