Pros

The dreame l20 has a sleek and modern design, with a black and silver color scheme. It also has big brite headlights that turn on in dark areas.

It does an excellent job vacuuming with a custom turbo setting. It effortlessly picks up daily clumps of pet hair. It has a 570ml dustbin, which is easy to empty and clean.

This is the first that completely satisfies me. I could go on forever, this thing is future proof for prob 5+ years. Still love it. Thats fine tho.

It mops really well. The mopping function is a standout feature. Vacuuming and mopping is at least an hour or two job.

Cons

The l20 ultra takes way too long to finish vacuuming and moping. I pot out pretend poo, and the robot avoided forward only to back into to it.

A faulty mop pad is to blame. There is no option to return for a refund.

For the money this vacuum is subpar. Is just too steep for a machine that causes more headache.
