Price
Do not be put off by the price, this vacuum is totally worth it, and it is an investment.
All said and done, i don't know if it is worth $599 as it is priced now.
The unit, in my opinion, is a little expensive as far as vacuums go but if you can afford it i would definitely recommend this item!
Shipping
It arrived very quickly and was packaged very well.
Dreame said they were unable to repair my vacuum so they shipped me a new unit to make it right.
Packaging/appearance
Unpacking this vacuum cleaner was a chore, 4 layers of packing!
