The machine itself is quiet. The cleaning process is effortless. It speeds up the cleaning time.

Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming. I have lvp flooring and needed something that would actually get the dirt off without harming my flooring.

What makes this a fatal flaw imo is that the battery is not removable, or replaceable. That means this vacuum and all that design and hardware is junk when the rechargable battery get old.

Tineco's warranty is only good for 2 years anything after that is coming out of your pocket. Just want my money back or a new device no hassle.
