    I feel like that where the book took a slight turn for me because im a sucker for high fantasy and when you drop an entire world in there without exploring it then it makes me sad

    Poor dea had a really rough time in this book the way she was so confused over what was happening and what was going on with her mother was really difficult for her and to be in the situation that she was in was really sad

    The biggest gripes are that the plot lines are a bit monodimensional and there is no real character development in the book
