Pros

Large numbers are easy to read in dark room even at extremely low led brightness setting. Brightness adjustment is easy and setting the clock is quick. The only downfall it's hard to change the clock so someone has to do it for him.

Large clear display, easy to adjust brightness and alarm volume.

Red led casts very little light - and that drops to zero when dimmed down.

Brightness adjustment is easy and setting the clock is quick don't use it as an alarm so can't help with that information.
