The two sides do not clip in, they only slide in and will not stay.
Their equipment has always worked well for me, however this last one that i have gotten, the rubber head hose will not stay on my mask.

I have been getting my cpap supplies on amazon for a long time now and they are so much cheaper and reasonable then from a cpap store.
Priced at 145 cad its a good deal compared to local home health care providers.
