The problem with this unit is that the base that attaches to the bench top is made of plastic.
If you tighten the compression hold-down bolt too hard, it will split in half, which is what my old unit did.
Works fine, the only thing i didn't like was the three poles that go together are very loose.

So come on dremel better fitting poles wouldnt go amiss
