Pros

Replaced older dremel with this model. Only suggestion is that i would have liked to have received a prepaid mailer.

The motor isn't as quiet as i’ve been reading from other reviewers but it’s not excessive noise. This tool is much sturdier and more powerful than the rotary tool i just gave away.

Cons

It seems like parts from a different gen of dremel were included with an incompatible handheld. Deceiving - received a refurbished model instead of new.

Cut several old rusty bolts without even breaking a sweat.

There was no indication on the tool that it was renewed.

Great buy replacement and great price as well.

In the store this tool is normally 130$ when i got it it looked like it was brand new and fresh off the shelf.

For 50 bucks you can’t go wrong.

Just what i needed, arrived on time.

This renewed/rebuilt dremel 4000 was in perfect condition and delivered very quickly.

Packaging/appearance

It came in an original dremel hard case which i think is awesome to get with a refurbished machine that i will say looks brand new !

The item looked and was packaged just like a brand new unit.

It came with a very nice case.

The case and all accessories were there and absolutely looked brand new!

Competitiveness

The opportunity to buy another dremel that allows for variable speeds and the ability to get it for about $50 was unbelievable.

As far as i can see this is as close to brand as you can get without buying brand new !

I saw that i could get the 4000 refurbished for the same price as a new lesser model and decided to give it a shot.
