I had been wanting this set for a while, and i saw the price dropped, so i got it!

However i started browsing part supplier reviews and was struck with the idea of comparing dimensions from the original collet with this one its intended replacement i was just about to start the return process when i noticed the problem though these did appear longer than the original upon further inspection of the tools shaft i could see something at the bottom something that would obstruct full insertion of the new collet

After some tapping and light drilling i finally extracted the small fragment that formerly comprised the lower 15th of the original collet
