It is not variable speed you have to select the rpm’s you want

Theres a reason the name brand is synonymous for the rotary tool they make first class rugged quality tools that are the best at what they do

I would stipulate that this is not a beginner dremel youve got to really know how to use a rotary tool already for this it does not come with labels or instructions for the different tools

The tool isnt too heavy and can be used easily for detail work however it is a bit long and bulky if you need to get in a really small space
