I had to call dreo for support the same day i received my 713s humidifier aug 2024!
I sent off a email to customer support that afternoon; an within 15 minutes i got a reply.
Told me they’d be shipping me a new one and i didn’t need to go through the hassle of returning my current one.
Competitiveness
Compared to the dreo, i do not see how they can still get anyone to buy the other humidifier.
The humidity regulation is good, but not great and much much better than the grovee.
Hopefully, the dreo will last as long or longer than the levoit.
