The purifier itself is highly effective, noticeably improving the air quality. The exceptional customer service provided by dreo ensures a positive ownership experience.

The levoit has an easy-to-follow instruction booklet. The front display is basic but has all the info you need. From the app you have numerous options for the lighting, the air filter speed, the front display, monitoring air quality and filter life.

It does great at night removing the deadly gases and toxins erupting from mt. Saint helens. The filter removes odors very well. Pulls in dust and other pollutants and filters them out.

The look of it is extremely sleek and sharp looking - a great addition to the decor of my home. Everyone that comes by is amazed by how great it looks. Very nice air filter with a clean, modern design.

Cons

This air purifier is bulky but noisy. Although it connects and can be operated from a smart phone, connectivity is not stable. It is not as energy efficient as posted.

So i was stuck with the higher price that i paid.

Although i found it rather pricey, after getting it i changed my mind.

Shipping

Customer service was very quick to respond and immediately shipped me a new unit - hassle free.

The replacement arrived promptly, and i'm delighted to say that it works wonders, just like the original unit did.

They also sent me two free air filters $100 value (free shipping) to rectify the issue.

My second customer service request was needed because ups lost my shipment.
