Build quality is top notch and the inverter technology is a game changer. The way the dreo fits into the window is better, too, with a metal piece and foam to tuck. Big upgrade from my window unit from college.

The unit comes with plenty of amenities and install accoutrements. Installation instructions are very easy to follow and fairly intuitive. This comes with all i needed for the install and it fits snug.

This is an excellent a/c that i recommend. This unit is quite impressive. The general styling of the a/c is also very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Cons

Did not fit my window and i was told it can not be returned. It contains hazardous material they could deliver it but can not return it.

The air conditioner arrived well packed and in perfect condition.

The box had everything you'd need to install the unit in just about any window.

They didn’t pack enough putty for sealing around window.

The dreo cooled the room down to 70 degrees in about 30 minutes and kept the bedroom cool and comfortable all night.

I intend to purchase another dreo to replace the noisy cheap unit.
